Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days for purchased bundles/or hair products sold on If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If a return is requested within the 3 day time period there is a $25 restock fee and buyer MUST pay return shipping cost. For our all natural products lip balms, lip gloss, body butters there are no refunds allowed unless deemed by RonnieSainttsHairCollectionLLC, due to the nature of these products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As deemed We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package reaches its desired destination.
